About

Actor/Singer/Storyteller

Richard Rowan is an AEA and SAG-AFTRA actor known for grounded authority, sharp comic character work, and a warm baritone voice.

A  graduate of Northwestern University, he has performed across the country in classical plays, contemporary theatre, and musical theatre, with credits ranging from Beauty and the Beast, Sister Act, and Seussical to Urinetown, A Little Night Music, and The School for Scandal. He has appeared on national tour and at regional theatres across the U.S.

Equally at home with heightened text and musical comedy, Richard is frequently cast as intelligent authority figures, eccentric gentlemen, and big-hearted dads.

Originally from Boulder, Colorado, he is now based in New York City.
